CueTA™: Cuesoft Talent Academy Terms
These terms govern applications to and participation in CueTA™, the paid AI academy operated by Cuesoft. A signed offer of admission or enrolment agreement prevails over this page wherever they differ.
Applying
- Admission starts with an application on the CueTA™ website. Submitting an application creates no contract: it is a request to be considered.
- Every application begins with a free consultation call. No payment is requested before it, and the call carries no obligation on either side.
- Admission decisions are made by the CueTA™ leadership on the application and the consultation, and are at Cuesoft’s discretion. Application decisions are made by humans, not automated systems.
- You must be at least 18 years old to apply. Applying on behalf of a team (Tier 1) requires authority to bind the organisation you name.
Tuition and payment
- CueTA™ is a paid academy with tiered tuition. The current tiers and amounts are stated only on the application page of the CueTA™ website; no other page or channel states pricing.
- Team enrolments under Tier 1 are priced per staff member.
- Tuition is invoiced and paid off-site under your offer of admission or invoice: never through the website. The website takes no payment and stores no payment details.
- An offer of admission lapses if the tuition it states is not paid by the date it states; a lapsed offer creates no obligation.
Refunds and deferrals
- Tuition is non-refundable once a cohort begins, except in documented exceptional cases at Cuesoft’s discretion or where required by applicable consumer law (see the jurisdiction pages).
- Before a cohort begins, refund requests are honoured in full, less any transaction costs actually incurred.
- Cuesoft may allow a paid learner to defer to a later cohort once, subject to seat availability; a deferral is not a refund right.
- If Cuesoft cancels a cohort and cannot offer an equivalent alternative, tuition already paid for that cohort is refunded in full.
The programme
- Cohort content, schedule, tooling and instructors may be adjusted to keep the curriculum current; material changes to a running cohort are communicated to that cohort.
- Cohort coordination happens through the channels stated at enrolment (including WhatsApp groups); the Privacy Policy describes what that involves.
- Certificates are issued on successful completion of a programme, as defined by the completion criteria shared with the cohort. There is no separate certificate fee. Certificates state completion: they are not professional licences or accreditations.
Your work and our materials
- You own the project work you create as a learner.
- Cuesoft owns the curriculum, teaching materials, recordings and platform. You may use them for your own learning during and after the programme; you may not reproduce, redistribute, resell or teach from them without written permission.
- Contributions you make to Cuesoft’s open-source products follow the licence and agreement covering that contribution.
- Cuesoft may name you as an alumnus and, with your consent, showcase your project work; you may withdraw that consent at any time.
Conduct
Learners meet the standards of the handbook values and anti-harassment policy. Serious misconduct (including plagiarism, harassment and academic dishonesty) ends participation without refund, after the facts are heard.
No employment promise
CueTA™ is education. Progression through CueLABS™ or CueHIRE™ is a real pathway that many learners take, and it is never a promise of employment, placement or salary. No one at Cuesoft is authorised to promise otherwise, on any channel.
