What CueHIRE™ is

CueHIRE™ serves companies through three engagement models: end-to-end project delivery, managed engineers embedded with your team, and referral hiring. It is a business-to-business service; it makes no promises to individual candidates.

Enquiries

1. The website’s contact form starts a conversation: it does not create an engagement, a reservation of capacity, or any obligation.
2. Enquiry information is used as the Privacy Policy describes.
3. Responses, indicative scopes and verbal estimates are not offers; only a written proposal signed by both parties binds either side.

Engagements are written

1. Every engagement runs under a written proposal or agreement stating scope, capacity, service levels, fees, invoicing and terms.
2. Proposals are itemised; fees are priced against the brief and are not published on the website.
3. Service levels (response and effort-start times, sprint capacity, escalation paths) are those stated in the signed agreement: nothing on the website constitutes a service-level commitment.
4. Client materials and data shared during an engagement are handled under the engagement’s confidentiality and data terms.

No guarantees on the website

Nothing on the CueHIRE™ website promises hiring outcomes, delivery dates, placements, rates or salaries, to companies or to candidates. Talent recommended through CueHIRE™ (including CueTA™ alumni and CueLABS™ interns) is put forward on merit, and every engagement decision is the client’s own.
