Confidentiality
- Where your engagement with Cuesoft exposes you to non-public information (as a learner, intern, contractor, client or licensee), your signed agreement’s confidentiality terms apply and prevail.
- In the absence of a signed agreement, you agree to keep confidential any information that is marked confidential or is obviously confidential from its nature or the circumstances of disclosure, to use it only for the purpose it was shared for, and to protect it with at least reasonable care.
- Confidentiality does not cover information that is or becomes public through no fault of yours, that you already lawfully held, that you receive lawfully from a third party without duty, or that you develop independently. Disclosure compelled by law is permitted, with prompt notice to the discloser where lawful so it can seek protection.
- Confidentiality obligations survive the end of any engagement.
- Cuesoft protects confidential information you share with it (in applications, enquiries and engagements) under the same standard and under the Privacy Policy.
