Termination, Suspension and Force Majeure
Termination and suspension
- We may suspend or terminate access to a Website or programme for breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or risk to other users or our systems. Where practical, we warn first and give a chance to cure; severe misconduct ends access immediately.
- Programme-specific termination (notice periods, effects on fees, IP and confidentiality) is governed by the relevant signed agreement.
- You may stop using the Websites at any time. Ending Website use does not by itself end a signed engagement, which follows its own terms.
- Sections that by their nature survive (intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitation of liability and disputes) survive any termination.
Force majeure
Cuesoft is not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control (including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, epidemics, fire, flood, natural disasters, power or telecommunications failures, and failures of third-party infrastructure) and performance resumes when the cause ends. Signed agreements carry their own force majeure terms.
