European Union, EEA and United Kingdom

This page states how these Terms operate if you are in the EU, the EEA or the UK. Your counterparty is Cuesoft Nigeria Limited (see Nigeria) unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

Consumer protections are preserved

If you use the Websites or join a programme as a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK:

  1. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of protections granted by provisions of your local law that cannot be derogated from by agreement, including unfair-contract-terms protections and statutory guarantees.
  2. Nothing in the Nigeria dispute clause prevents you from bringing or defending proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence, where your local law gives you that right.
  3. The limitation of liability applies to you only to the extent your local law permits.

Distance-contract information

  • The trader for EU/UK purposes is identified, with addresses and contact details, on the main page.
  • No payment is taken on the Websites; paid programmes (CueTA™) are contracted off-site under a written offer that states the price, the service and its duration before you commit.
  • Where EU/UK distance-selling law grants you a 14-day withdrawal right for a service contracted at a distance, that right and its conditions (including its loss on fully-performed services you asked to start early) are stated in the offer of admission; the refund terms operate alongside it, and the more protective provision prevails.

Out-of-court dispute resolution

The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228. EU consumers can find an approved out-of-court dispute resolution body for their country through the Commission’s Consumer Redress portal at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu. Our contact for any such procedure is hello@cuesoft.io.
